Role

Overview

Debenhams is an iconic British heritage brand offering a curated selection of over 3,000 beauty, fashion, and homeware brands.

As Graphic Design Manager, I was responsible for all digital and print creative across campaign and BAU activity, while leading and mentoring the design team through the development of a refreshed brand identity following Debenhams’ acquisition by Boohoo.

Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams across CRM, Social, PR, and Marketing, I led the relaunch of Debenhams Beauty Club from concept through to execution. This included art direction, branding, and the delivery of a cohesive suite of digital and print assets to support a 360° campaign.

Art Direction

For this project, I concepted the photoshoot, ensuring the colour palette aligned with the overall brand look and feel. I worked closely with the Marketing team and Creative Director on model selection, and attended the shoot alongside commissioned photographer Billie Scheepers to oversee and support the creative execution on set.

Digital Design

I designed all digital assets for the project, including emails, homepage and landing page creative, banners, and social media content.

Print Design

I designed all printed assets for the project, covering PR and marketing materials. This also included the creation of printed signage for a pop-up store on Oxford Street, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across the event space and wider campaign touch points.
