Overview
UGG is an American fashion brand best known for its iconic sheepskin boots, alongside a wider offering of apparel, accessories, and home textiles, inspired by its Southern California surf heritage.
Working closely with the CRM team, I created storytelling-led designs that strengthened engagement with UGG’s loyal customer base. This involved presenting concepts and creative direction to senior stakeholders, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, and brand teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. Design components were created in Figma and developed within Cordial, with testing and optimisation carried out through Litmus.
