Overview

UGG is an American fashion company, known for its sheepskin boots, but also offering apparel, accessories, and home textiles, with a history rooted in the Southern California surf culture. 

Working closely with the CRM team to create story telling designs that build a connection with UGG’s loyal brand customers. Presenting the concepts and designs to senior stakeholders within the business and working closely with the product team, UX, marketing and brand teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. The components for the designs were built in Figma and then built using Cordial where we trialed and tested them using Litmus.
